We’re excited to invite your coaches and a handful of your league players to join us this fall. Cubs Junior All-Stars is a FREE program for children in kindergarten through 2nd grade (5-8-years old) that blends FUN baseball/softball instruction with activities that build social and emotional skills.

This fall's special edition of CJAS consists of three elements:

COACH CONVENTION: on September 28th from 9:00-10:30 a.m., coaches representing several partner leagues will participate in CJAS Coach Convention to learn and execute skills and drills and promote social and emotional learning. When prompted regarding your role (registration link above), please choose "Assistant Coach."

PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION: on October 5, 12, 19, and 26th from 9:30 a.m.-10:30 a.m., league coaches will apply what they’ve learned by running the five-week CJAS program alongside our Cubs Coaches. Leagues are encouraged to invite 5-7 youth from their neighborhoods (see registration link above), which may include the coach’s children.

GAME TIME: on November 2nd, from 9:30 a.m.-10:30 a.m., we will play a game so participating youth may demonstrate skills learned!

All Activities will be held at the Addams/Medill Indoor Facility located at 1301 W 14th St.

At the conclusion of the fall program, participating leagues/parks will receive an equipment package to implement Cubs Junior All-Stars in their neighborhood.
